    1. Please navigate to Certificate of Completion & Compliance (CCC) on the left tab.

    2. Click on "My CCC List"

    1. Please click on "Initiate CCC" icon on the right.

STEP 3

    The form is divided into 4 sections:

3.1 Section A

    1. Fill up Project Title, Lot, Section/Mukim & District

3.2 Section B

    If the building owner is

    Single Own

    - Name of the Owner

    Company Own

    - Name of the Company

3.3 Section C

    1. Fill up information on Approval Plan No (BP) & Approval Date

    2. Select Local Authority from the drop down list

3.4 Section D

    1. In the event you are the director of the company, please key in your company name and leave the box for "If you are not a Director" blank.

    2. In the event you are not the director or representing the company

        2.1 Please tick the box for "If you are not a Director"
        2.2 Please search for the company by keying in the company name.

STEP 4

    1. Once you complete the form, please click on the "Initiate CCC" button to initiate the CCC.

STEP 5

    1. Once initiate, a new entry will be available under the CCC page with the status - Draft
